Option 1: Full-time, Private Space
Office 1 would be your dedicated space
- Available furnished or unfurnished
- 24/7 Access; This office would be your own office and not accessible to others
- Signage throughout the building and a mailing address
- Staff are available to greet your clients during business hours (8 am – 4 pm).
$1,700 / month
Option 2: Part-Time, Priority
Office 1 would be your dedicated space
- Part-time (~20 hours / week)
- Furnished with desk, love seat, accent chairs, desk chairs
- Ability to store / secure materials in-office
- Available 24/7; Office is accessible to Dr. Graham
- Interior Signage with mailing address
- Staff are available to greet your clients during business hours (8 am – 4 pm).
$1,000 / month
Option 3: Part-Time, Select
Guaranteed space in Office 1 or 2
- One day per week (8 hours) or two half-days per week (4 consecutive hours)
- Offices will be furnished with desk, love seat, accent chairs, and desk chair
- A lockable file cabinet would be designated for you
- In-office signage with mailing address
- Staff are available to greet your clients during business hours.
- Office space would be accessible during your designated time, 7 am – 7 pm
$500 / month.
Marketing and/or managerial support can be provided for an additional fee.

Option 4: On-Call
Hourly office space rental, based on availability, Mon - Fri 8 am - 5 pm

Your Space, Your Business
As a renter, the space is intended to represent your business.
Dr. Graham manages her own practice with no intention to manage or oversee your business.
In other words, for clinicians, Dr. Graham will not intervene on your business practices, note-keeping, billing management, etc. You are a completely different entity.
To that end, marketing, managerial support, and clinical consultation can be discussed, if and as needed.
Dr. Graham is always referring to psychiatrists, therapists, cognitive rehab therapists, etc. This may be an opportunity for you to grow your client-base.
